An Unlimited Wash Club membership can be purchased onsite through our pay station and also via our website.
Complete the Unlimited Wash Club membership prompts by a couple clicks and complete payment with a credit card.
Every time you visit our site, our system will automatically recognise your car registration plate and allow you to enter the car wash (as long as your membership payments are up to date, you can wash as often as you like.*
1. Authorisation and Billing:
- I authorise Hang 5 Carwash to charge my credit card the full Unlimited Club plan amount on a 30-day interval basis, with a minimum commitment of one (1) month.
- You are required to register access to manage your plan via our customer portal βManage Membershipβ
- This automatic recurring charge will remain in effect until you cancel your Unlimited Club Plan once you have registered access to manage your plan.
- Cancellation must be completed no later than 3 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for partial or used periods of cancellation.
- Hang 5 Carwash may cancel this plan at any time if the credit card is declined or invalid.
- Hang 5 Carwash reserves the right to change the billing rate with 30 days notice.
2. Plan Usage:
- The Hang 5 Carwash Unlimited Club Plan is for personal use, Uber drivers, limousine drivers, and company vehicles.
- The plan is not available for. taxis, dealerships, tradesman utes fitted with alloy trays and racks, vehicles fitted with snorkels or awnings.
- The Unlimited Club Plan cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, wash tickets or gift cards.
- Hang 5 Carwash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and cancel specific memberships at any time.
3. Tampering:
- Tampering with license plate(s) or RFID tags will result in the cancellation of your Unlimited Club Plan.

Yes, we use licence plate recognition. Once you have registered your first vehicle for a membership, you will be able to add up to 3 additional vehicles to your account, at an additional membership fee. Further discounts may apply.
You have full control over your membership plan via our website, allowing you the freedom to make adjustments at your convenience. Whether you wish to upgrade, downgrade, temporarily suspend your account, add and remove vehicles, or cancel your plan, it's all easily manageable online. Please ensure to request any cancellations at least 3 days before your billing date. Kindly note that we do not offer full or partial refunds.
