Unlimited Club Terms of Agreement

1. Authorisation and Billing:

• I authorise Hang 5 Carwash to charge my credit card the full Unlimited Club plan amount on a 30-day interval basis, with a minimum commitment of one (1) month.
• You are required to register access to manage your plan via our customer portal “Manage Membership”
• This automatic recurring charge will remain in effect until you cancel your Unlimited Club Plan once you have registered access to manage your plan.
• Cancellation must be completed no later than 3 days prior to the next billing cycle.
• No refunds are provided for partial or used periods of cancellation.
• Hang 5 Carwash may cancel this plan at any time if the credit card is declined or invalid.
• Hang 5 Carwash reserves the right to change the billing rate with 30 days notice.

2. Plan Usage:

• The Hang 5 Carwash Unlimited Club Plan is for personal use, Uber drivers, limousine drivers, and company vehicles.
• The plan is not available for. taxis, dealerships, tradesman utes fitted with alloy trays and racks, vehicles fitted with snorkels or awnings.
• The Unlimited Club Plan cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, wash tickets or gift cards.
• Hang 5 Carwash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and cancel specific memberships at any time.

3. Tampering:

• Tampering with license plate(s) or RFID tags will result in the cancellation of your Unlimited Club Plan.
