How to Manage Your Membership Online
Register access to manage your membership online by clicking the link here or visiting our website hang5carwash.com.au.
Once registered, you will have the ability to:
- Add additional cars
- Update your Credit Card or Failed payment
- Upgrade/Downgrade your Plan
- Suspend Payments
- Cancel Membership
- Reactivate Membership
Account Registration Details
- Click on the "Manage Membership" tab located at the top right of the page.
- Click on the tab "Register Here"
- Follow the prompts to set up your account access:
- Enter your Email Address
- Enter your Licence Plate
- Enter the Last 4 digits of the Credit Card
IMPORTANT NOTICE: (Please refer to your purchase receipt for the correct details)
When using contactless payment methods (such as mobile payWave or payWave by card), the last four digits will differ from those on your physical card. This is known as a digital card number. To verify, please check the last four digits in your banking or mobile payment app. - Go to your email account.
- You will receive an email with a link. Click on the link.
- Fill out the required details and create a password.
- You can now log in to manage your plan.
- Login here
- Click on the "Login" tab.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Enter the Password you created.
- Congratulations! You have access.
Add the family to your account for only $25 per month (per vehicle).
Additional vehicles can only be added to a monthly plan account only.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to Your Membership Account
- Navigate to "Manage Tags"
- Once logged in, click on the "Manage Tags" option in the menu.
- Scroll to "Additional Member Purchase"
- Scroll down the page until you see the "Additional Member Purchase" section.
- Activate the Additional Vehicle Option
- Look for the red "No" button.
- Click on it, and it will change to green "Active".
NOTE: To cancel an additional vehicle, change the status from "Active" to "Cancel" next to the additional vehicle you want to cancel.
- Enter the License Plate Number
- Type in the license plate number of the vehicle you want to add to your membership.
- Save Your Changes
- Click the "Save" button to confirm your update.
- Prorated Charges
- You will only be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days until your next billing cycle. After that, the full $25 monthly fee will apply for the additional vehicle.
Have you Sold your Vehicle?
If you have sold your vehicle and you want to change the licence plate to your new vehicle, please visit our website here and click on "Contact Us" to submit a change of licence plate request or directly email contact@hang5carwash.com.au.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: You must email your licence plate request first and receive a confirmation email before you visit the carwash to wash your new vehicle.
Change Account Name
- Edit your account name

Upgrade/Downgrade Your Plan
- You can change your plan at any time by upgrading or downgrading to a different Monthly Plan or switching to an Annual Plan. After selecting your new package, any price difference will be prorated or credited until the next renewal cycle.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you change from a Monthly Plan to an Annual Plan, you will not have the option to change back until the Annual Plan has been cancelled and expired. Then you will be able to purchase a new Monthly Plan.

Upgrade/Downgrade Your Plan
- You can change your plan at any time by upgrading or downgrading to a different Monthly Plan or switching to an Annual Plan. After selecting your new package, any price difference will be prorated or credited until the next renewal cycle.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you change from a Monthly Plan to an Annual Plan, you will not have the option to change back until the Annual Plan has been cancelled and expired. Then you will be able to purchase a new Monthly Plan.

Suspend Plan
- Going on holiday and want to pause your payments? Simply click "Suspend Plan" and select a future date you’d like your monthly renewal payments to restart.

Cancel Plan
- You may cancel your Monthly Plan or Annual Plan at any time through your "Manage Membership" portal after you have registered access online. Log in, then on the main screen, click on "Cancel Plan".
- Upon successful cancellation, your membership will remain active, allowing unlimited washes and vacuums, until the end of your current billing cycle.
- To avoid automatic renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted at least three days before your renewal date. If your membership is already in the renewal process, we are unable to cancel the membership until the renewal is successfully processed.
- Our system will continue attempting to renew your membership daily, as outlined in our Terms of Agreement.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: As per our Unlimited Club Terms of Agreement, we do not offer refunds for partial or unused periods.

View Receipts
- Click on the tab "My Account", located in the top right corner of the screen
- Profile: Update Your Billing Information
- Transactions: View wash history and billing receipts
