Terms of Agreement

By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club, you agree to the following terms:

1. Recurring Billing

   • You authorise Hang 5 Carwash (ABN 82 465 706 211) to automatically charge your nominated credit/debit card for the selected monthly plan every 30 days from the date of purchase.

   • Membership remains active until cancelled by you through your Manage Membership Portal at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

   • Failed payments may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your membership.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

   • No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided for unused days, partial months, or cancellations.

   • Cancellations must be completed online via the Manage Membership Portal; verbal or in-person requests will not be accepted.

3. Membership Use

   • Plans are valid for one nominated vehicle (licence plate recorded at sign-up) and are non-transferable.

   • Additional vehicles must be added under the same account through your Manage Membership portal to be applicable for the additional family vehicle rate.

   • Any attempt to share, tamper or misuse the membership may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Service Availability

   • Wash Club benefits apply only during normal operating hours.

   • Hang 5 Carwash is not liable for service unavailability due to weather, maintenance, power outages, or other operational closures.

5. Rate & Terms Changes

   • Hang 5 Carwash may adjust rates or modify terms with 30 days’ written notice (website, email or portal notification).

6. Liability Waiver

   • You acknowledge and accept our Conditions of Entry, including the limitation of liability for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, aftermarket accessories, improper vehicle condition, or non-compliance with our vehicle guidelines.
